Tia Saad currently serves as World Alliance Financial's Vice President, New York Retail Division. In this capacity, her responsibilities include driving sales and revenue as well as overseeing and managing day-to-day operations. Her management style embodies the tenants of motivation, communication and positive reinforcement. She strives to create and implement a strong and stable work environment. She and her team have continued to make successful strides toward ensuring the company's national, top ranking position.

Prior to joining World Alliance Financial, Ms. Saad held the position of Executive Mortgage Banker at Quicken Loans/Rock Financial in Livonia, Michigan. She was the first employee at Rock Financial to be promoted to an executive ranking within the first year of employment. Throughout her 14 year career, Ms. Saad received countless "Ace" and "Top Production" awards, as well as "MVP" recognition and takes great pride in mentoring and developing her team.

Prior to her career in the mortgage industry, Ms. Saad developed, owned and operated an award winning cafe that was recognized by AAA Magazine in their list of "top 100 places to visit". She attended Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
