Therese Doherty
Vice President Customer Relations
Therese Doherty is currently the Vice President of Customer Relations for World Alliance Financial. She has been the Director of this department since 2006 where her responsibilities include developing and implementing the highest standards of customer service through her procedural training of staff members at all levels. She is the principle liaison for the Service Center and the title companies.
Prior to joining World Alliance Financial, Ms. Doherty was Manager and Director of Customer Service at Langer, the largest orthotics company in the nation, and Vice President of Operations at the Sklover Group, an insurance broker. She spent more than 11 years as Vice President of Claims at Berkely, Ltd., an insurance company, a division of Aon, the second largest insurance conglomerate in the United States. She has conducted nationwide seminars on a variety of business topics.
Ms. Doherty earned her Masters of Arts in Italian from Universita Per Stranieri, Perugia, Italy and a Bachelors of Arts in Philosophy, Cum Laude, from Queens College in New York. She also attended Leeds University in England and the University of Nice, France.
