Michele Newsham joined World Alliance Financial in 2008 as Vice President, National Operations. An industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience, Ms. Newsham oversees the Opening, Processing, Underwriting and Closing departments, and has taken the lead on enhancing operational efficiencies to provide our customers with the best operations support in the industry.

Ms. Newsham most recently served more than five years as Senior Vice President, National Wholesale Operations, at American Brokers Conduit, the wholesale branch of American Home Mortgage. In that capacity, she was able to develop and initiate operational procedures and streamline origination system processes, bringing the company to a national ranking.

She previously held positions at Washington Mutual, Bank of America, CrossLand Mortgage Corp., EnTrust Funding, North American Mortgage and Paine Webber Mortgage Finance, Inc.

Ms. Newsham studied business administration at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
