Mary M. Feder

Mary M. Feder currently serves as World Alliance Financial’s Vice President of Public Relations and Corporate Communications. Her responsibilities include developing and implementing a proactive media relations, community outreach and public affairs strategy for this growing reverse mortgage company and its educational division, the Senior Lending NetworkTM.

Prior to World Alliance Financial, Ms. Feder was Vice President and Investor Relations Director for American Home Mortgage, where she was in charge of all external communications for the tenth largest mortgage originator in the nation. She has held similar positions at The Roslyn Savings Bank, a $10 billion regional bank, where she furthered the company’s communication efforts after a strategic merger and The Long Island Savings Bank, where she developed and implemented a communications department as the bank converted to a public company.

Ms. Feder’s experience in her field transcends the typical career in financial services. She founded the corporate communications department for ImClone Systems Incorporated, a Manhattan-based biotechnology company, at the time of their initial public offering. She began her career in the cosmetic and fragrance industry holding several marketing positions at various companies.

Ms. Feder currently serves on the Board of Directors of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), Long Island Chapter, as well as the Business Advisory Committee for North Shore Child and Family Guidance Center.

She is a graduate of St. John’s University in New York. She holds a Masters of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelors of Science in Marketing, Cum Laude.
