Eleanor Johnson
Vice President, HECM Program Manager
Eleanor Johnson joined World Alliance Financial as Vice President and HECM Program Manager and brought with her more than 25 years of mortgage banking experience.
In her current role, Ms. Johnson manages all aspects of the FHA HECM loan program, including review and analysis of HUD regulations, as well as preparation of HECM policy recommendations. Additionally, she contributes to the development of training programs
that focus on processing and underwriting.
Prior to World Alliance Financial, Ms. Johnson worked for Financial Freedom, where she was First Vice President of operations for more than six years. Prior to that, Ms. Johnson was Vice President, Reverse Mortgage Servicing for Unity Mortgage Corp.
Ms. Johnson is an active member of the National Reverse Mortgage Lending Association. She is heavily involved in numerous industry advisory boards, and holds a Direct Endorsement from HUD.
