David Peskin is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of World Alliance Financial, one of the top three reverse mortgage companies in the nation. A veteran business strategist, Mr. Peskin has a proven history of facing business challenges and identifying new market opportunities. His unique and innovative philosophies have brought significant growth opportunities to World Alliance Financial and to the mortgage industry as a whole.

Recognizing the growth of drivers that impact the reverse mortgage space, Mr. Peskin developed The Senior Lending Network in 2004 and in 2005 he cast renowned actor Robert Wagner as spokesperson. The Senior Lending Network brought the nation’s attention to the reverse mortgage product by broadcasting it into the living rooms of millions and is now responsible for over 15% of the nation’s reverse mortgage loans.

Mr. Peskin has been quoted in many of the nation’s most highly regarded publications and currently serves as a Board Member of the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Ohio State University.
