David Cook
Vice President, Western Wholesale Division
David Cook joined World Alliance Financial in 2008 as Vice President, Western Wholesale Division. His expertise in managing and building wholesale teams and increasing brand presence seamlessly coincides with the Company’s goal of expanding its position within the reverse mortgage industry.

Mr. Cook’s 40-plus years of experience in the mortgage industry includes management positions in both retail and wholesale lending at organizations including Homestead Savings, Bank of America, Harbor Financial and Countrywide Home Loans. Most Recently, Mr. Cook was Financial Freedom’s Regional Vice President, Central Region, and was responsible for a division that produced more than 1,000 units per month.

Mr. Cook earned his B.S. from the University of Texas and holds a Texas Real Estate Broker License and a Texas Mortgage Broker License. He also is an active member of the Austin and Texas Mortgage Banker Associations, and an MCE instructor approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission.
